[25 Apr 2006|06:32pm] we made it back safely from the ohio valley. the visit was awesome. i love my dad and i miss my sisters, my cousins, and my niece and nephew. my mom, on the other hand, got a little bit crazy. i didn't even get to tell her or my sister Kellie good-bye. but she made me remember why i actually left. when she flipped at me, Patrick went and told her off with his brillant italian genes. on my dad's birthday we went up to pittsburgh and rode on the incline, and we also went to the science center. we were going to go to the andy warhol museum, or the museum of natural science, but for some stupid reason museums in pittsburgh are closed on monday. pshh. but it was a blast. i don't know if i'm doing anything for my birthday or not, but it's this coming sunday. i might just hangout with my new friend otis reading.... 3 methamphetmaines| another dry martini

[30 Sep 2005|09:54am] woo. well...my car broke. not really broke, but it has a kink. the brakes haven't worked for over a week and today i took it to the shop and it will cost me $507 to fix. first i took it to the VW place and it was $1000. so i'm happy i found a place that will do it for half the price. other than that i've been working and spending a lot of time with patrick. him and i are looking for a place on beachside, i hope. i hate this thing because i never have anything to say. i went to bcc today and got my paperwork. so i'll be registering soon. that, and i love my dad for sending me money to help out with my car. my cat gizmo isn't doing too well i think. :( so my mom says, i love him. i really need to go home soon. another dry martini

[09 Apr 2004|10:17am] [ mood | distressed ] my mom called last night yelling at me because i have to go home today, so Josh and i are going home today. we'll probably leave sometime this afternoon, after he wakes up and after i take a shower. i like easter and everything, but i just don't want to go home. it's to the point where my mom tells my grandparents that i'm coming home, and then if i say i'm not going then my mom threatens to tell them that i'm staying down here for a boy. wtf? those of you who knew me last semester know that i hardly ever went home. i don't get how she can force me into going home. that's the only thing i'm not looking forward to when i go to west lib. next year. i really don't want to live at home. but with a car and a job, i don't think she can tell me no about much. the one thing i hate is that getting a car this summer is keeping me on a string to my mom. she knows that's all i want, but whenever she wanted to, she could have it thrown out the door. ahh... but once i get it she'll probably never seen me unless she comes in while i'm sleeping. i might try to get 2 jobs this summer, even though i've never had one. i just need to keep myself busy. home is not going to be fun. i'm going to miss Josh the most though. when i talked to his mom on the phone the other day, she sounded really supportive for us to keep our relationship. i really wish my mom was like that. ugh enough about this... OH MY GAH! [30 Mar 2004|03:33pm] [ mood | giggly ] here are some pictures from the show last night..... and here's Josh throwin'down and then him on slosh, ridin'it home it was a good show. and oh yeah, i had this really weird dream about a worm. it was really dry outside and i was with Josh and his friends sitting in the sun and there was this worm trying to find a place to crawl into the ground. instead of helping it...we all just stared and laughed as he was crawling along the dirt bleeding. i have no idea why i dreamed this, but...i really wouldn't have let the worm bleed like that :( so...today...i got back to my room and there was this sheet of paper from the man under my door. so i read it and it said something about how i owe $50 to them for something i never got information on. so i took care of that today. thank god...er...gah i should say. peas. another dry martini
